I’m no stranger to life’s big decisions. As a broker, I take a straightforward, honest approach to real estate that supports my clients with the information they need to feel confident in their choices. My lifetime of living in Seattle provides my buyers and sellers local perspective and specialized market knowledge that’s not easily found.
Born and raised in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, I have always loved real estate. I used to enjoy looking at homes and reading flyers for listings in my neighborhood. After graduating from UW with a Communications degree, I went into real estate on the administrative side, helping with transaction coordination, marketing and broker assistance at Windermere. In 2018, I made the leap and became a broker myself, and now I delight in helping buyers find a place to call home and earning sellers top-dollar for their listings.
My prior experience supporting brokers comes in handy for my clients, as I have an in-depth knowledge of the process, documentation, timelines and organization that is required to keep a transaction moving. I use this intel to communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, keeping my clients in the driver’s seat while I take care of the details. My background in communications shines in negotiations, where I fiercely advocate for my clients and finds solutions to any issues. I love making my clients feel taken care of, and strive to be a resource for them in all situations, whether it’s related to real estate or something else entirely.
Giving back to my community is also important to me. I can be found organizing back-to-school fundraisers, winter coat drives and even beer gardens at my office for local charities. My ultimate goal is to make the world a more equitable place in whatever way I can. A foodie at heart, I also love trying new restaurants and giving local recommendations to my friends and clients.
